How to get motor to sit on the Motor Mounts.

Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt 3:27
How to get motor to sit on the Motor Mounts.
i installed ES motor mounts and the engine is not sitting all the way down. They ar einstalled correctly but are sitting about 1/2 high on both sides.I'm thinking about having the motor loose from the mounts running the motor a little at idle to maybe shake its way down in there? I'm lost now.
