Spohn torque arm questions???

Engine: 350ci Sportsman heads, B&M blower
Transmission: Turbo 350
Spohn torque arm questions???
I'm seriously considering a TA from Spohn.But I'm wondering if the crossmember that comes with it will interfere with my Hotchkis frame connectors, or my exhaust.Where does the new crossmember mount to??If I get one for a 700r4 will it work with a th350 if I put one in at a later date??If it won't can I modify it?And will I still need the B&M kit for swapping to a th350?Thanks for any help.
