Invisible bump ?

Invisible bump ?
When backing out of my driveway i always turn the wheel to the far left and as i turn and backing up at the same time the car feels like its going over a bump (yes the driveway is clear from bumps,holes,rocks,and pets) and there are no weird sounds. any clue??

When the wheels are all the way cranked with wide tires, the fronts seem to slide, then turn, then slide, then turn,..... Thats prolly what your noticing. Alot of people have that feel.
