Urgent Wonderbar Help!!!!

HELP! i jsut got a wonderbar form the boneyard. why wont it fit? my lower radiator hose is in the way. by the way, i have a 91 firebird with a 3.1L v6. thanks

Radiator hose in the way? WTF?? It goes or SHOULD go right under your front swaybar brackets, shouldn't be near the lower hose. Undo 4 bolts and slide it in.

Maybe your V6er is different in some way, but I don't see the problem. There's a few pics on here somewhere of what they should look like.

I can verify that the V6 body is the same as the V8. I swapped from a V6 to a V8 and I'm not having any issues with the wonder bar. Are you sure you're mounting it right?

I pushed the hose out of the way. It fits....

90, did you install it from the rear or from the front?

Great news that it fits, I'm just curious. I put mine in from the front of the car.

Not sure what you mean about the rear and front.
Its installed in the front. The bar facing forward. The hose touches the bar (place a piece of hose where it rubs). I guess I could take some pics.

thanks for the replies, guys.....i put it on.....just had to push the hose up, like 90 i guess. so far happy with the results........oh and one more thing... i thought i would have had that crack everyone talks about by the steering box, but i couldnt find any...anyone have any input about that?
