prop valve

is the brake proportioning valve adjustable? mine has two rubber caps on each end and i thought that you might have to hold the pin in or out when bleeding the brakes like some old chevys , to get a hard pedal. 1988 camaro disk up front shoes on back thanks a lot

It is not adjustable.It is a risidual proportioning valve.
