You could try the "free mod" that's in my other post.

Serriously though, the $70 you mentioned is the best price I have heard of. The others I had seen were closer to $100 a piece.

Cross-drilled

You can order them through Summitracing the brand is :POWER STOP By Auto specialty 79 a piece and you don't have to have special pads you can have a brake shop install them and use the semi metallic pads on them no harm will be done and the pads will last longer due thee the cooling effect of the drilled rotors

$70 a side is a good price for the AutoSpecialty cross-drilled rotors. That's what I paid for mine thru a local brake shop. Cross-drilled rotors aren't "all that" though. It's more cosmetic than anything.

There are slotted rotors selling on eBay for $99 a pair from a place called Hawks Racing. I just scored a pair of 1LE slotted rotors for $149 from them for my brake upgrade. I should receive the rotors next week.

IMHO the slotted rotors are the better way to go. They help the pads last longer and they can withstand higher temps than the cross-drilled rotors.
