"FRONT" rims in rear. Any noticable problems?
I'm was going to go mount drag radials on my old stock IROC rims but the "rear" ones are really beat up. They have dents/chips everywhere. The front ones are perfect though. Would it really matter if I mounted the "front" rims on the rear? They're both exactly the same besides the rear having a 16mm offset (for handling?) correct?

the offset is for the brake clearance. The fronts will work in the back, the backs won't work in the front.
You may have fenderwell rub, running the fronts in the rear, depending on tire size.

Exactly. If you use the offset 'rear' rims in the front, they will rub like crazy. Using the zero offset 'front' rims on the rear has no effect other than showing more rubber around the sides of the fenders. I have zero offset wheels on all four corners, and they work just fine.
