i am looking to tighten up the handling of my bird and am wondering what kind of swaybars to put on. should i get try to get lucky and try to find some in a junkyard, or buy aftermarket? i found a t/a today and it had a beefy front bar and am thinking about grabbing it while i can. how will a set of B4C bars be? thanx

 

I just installed some 36mm front/24mm rear 1LE sway bars onto my 90RS, i was very impressed with the handling improvement that they made. I got mine for 125 shipped from JamesC on the classified board. I believe he has some more for sale.

 

I dont think the sway bars off of a B4C are any better or worse than that of an Iroc, with the performance suspension packages.

 

i too went with the 1-le setup; bought them new from gm and had them powder coated all for around 200. made a great difference.

 

I painted mine with some semi gloss black POR 15 and they turned out great. They have kind of a powdercoat look to them and only costed a few bucks.
