Which valve springs and valve adjustment

Which valve springs and valve adjustment
I was told I have a mild "tow cam" in my 88 not sure on the lift what valve springs would be good for this??? Or do you need to no more about the cam??? since I have to change out the valve seals anyways it would be a good time to change the vlave springs:lala:
