Bought New LO3
Just traded in the tired LO3 and traded it in for a newer one, it has about 1200miles on it and ive noticed that at a idle it feels like the engine is shakeing
Is it that the new engine isn't balanced or that the timmings off
I have a 18mo. unlimited mile warrenty on it so do ya'll think I should turn it back in for them to figgure it out or are there other things I can look at and try before I hand it over to them again? On my old engine I didn't notice the shakeing so i know this isn't normal.

At what rpm are you noticing it shake? I know out of gear mine feels like it shakes a bit, but only around 800 rpm. Over all how does it run?

I just had a brand new L03 installed two weeks ago. It shook a little for the first 200 miles, but then smoothed out. It may have to do with the break in period. If it does'nt get better after 200 miles, I would bring it back in. Before you do that though, make sure all your vent and vaccum hoses and leads are connected firmly. When I got my car back, I had to go through and reseat most connectors. It looks like they just threw them on. Good luck.
