It won't run too hot for lots of reasons. Timing, heads, valve size, injectors. The only thing that's in common is that they have 8 cylinders and are small blocks. The different bore to stroke ratio is enough to make for some serious timing troubles. If I have the time tomorrow I'll post the differences between the stock TBI 305 and 350 eproms.
If it's a near stock 350 L05 then use/get the ANLU eprom. Either call some dealers or I could burn you one for the price of the eprom and shipping. I don't do custom eproms over the e-mail unless the car is EXACTLY like mine (only know of 2 people and one is already burning his own and other went to carb).
The stock ANLU eprom is very good start for a 350 tbi. It's usually a good rule to start with something that had the same bore/stroke ratio at least. So if you stroked to a 383 then you might be looking at using something like a 305 eprom but it's SO much more complicated than that. Long story short, mild 350 TBI, use an ANLU eprom with modified tcc lock/unlock tables. Removing stuff like EGR and the speed limiter isn't a problem either.
Try out the 305 first, if you don't like, think about the ANLU.

Would you still make a ship a EProm? I am currently looking for one. Pretty basic stock 350 tbi set up.
