advancing timing?

advancing timing?

How do ya'll advance the timeing on you lo3's, You turn the distributor cap right? but witch way, counter clockwise or clockwise? When I do this will I need to up my fule pressure? If so how do I do that Thanks

read the tech article.
fuel pressure is a very "car-specific" thing. only you will know by doing it if it needs it or not.

EST is right above the heater/AC fan thing on the pass side firewall above the wiring harness near the top...disconnect it, turn off the car, turn the car on and adjust away...comp will change it alot when you plug it back up. i put my base timing at 12 then when i hooked up the EST it took it up even further...if i put it at 0 the comp puts it to 12...so im guessing the computer knows whats up i dont know
