Here's what I've bought:
3.42 posi rear
3" Flowmaster catback
3" cat
1 5/8" w/3" y pipe MAC headers
L31 Vortec heads
LT1 cam

Now I need to finish it up, heres what Im thinking:
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake
Holley 4bbl -> tbi adaptor
GM 2200 stall

Does it seem like a good setup, or should I change some stuff? Suspension stuff will come in about a month once I get some more money.

Thanks!

*edit*
I cant afford the 2" tbi right now, either, but I know I need more fuel. What injectors should I run (color wise)?

that set up shoudl be fine. my only suggestion woudl be a little bit looser torque convertor. something in the 2800 range will be better for the LT1 cam.

Yeah, sounds like a good setup to me.Like NJ Speeder said, a little more stall (or a manual trans) will make it better.

Yea, that was my largest concern... what stall to run. Thanks for your suggestions.

I guess my last question is, would you get the heads milled .045 down to keep compression up, or just leave them how they are so they can be easily thrown on a 350?

i woudl mill them, even if you throw them on a 350 you can just get stock style flat tops with valve reliefs and still be pump gas friendly.

Beautiful. I would have your children if it were possible, Tim.

Ok, one last question, honestly

Injectors, what should I run? I dont think the 305 injectors will be up for it, with higher pressure.

Maybe, if you're feeling saucy, you could toss in a few extra dollars for an RPM Air-Gap manifold. Hot Rod Magazine loves these things and they work great with vortecs.
