timing advance with cam swap?

I just got the LT1 cam yesterday, before I install it I was wondering if I need to bump up the timing or fuel pressure or anything like that? and Will valve springs and a new timing chain be all I need for the swap?

you are gonna want to advance the timing a bit with the new cam and more fuel pressure is a definite. you will need to have intake gaskets and a damper puller/ installer tool to get teh job done. you will also need a compressed air source to hodl the valves up while you change the springs.
