Need some info on a 1986 Camaro

My brother is thinking about buying a 1986 Camaro for his first car, it is not an IROC or a Z28. It only has 59,000 miles, it's an automatic, with ps, pb, pw, pl, T-tops, new paint, new exhaust, and a 5.0L V8. They are asking $3495 for it, what do think it is worth? What is the hp and tq rating if it is stock and what would it run in the 1/4mi and 0-60mph? Thanks

check the odometer and make sure it hasn't rolled over once.... that seems like a kinda low price for such a low mileage car. better safe than sorry....

The Horsepower and Torque rateings suck on that year.
