335ci strocker...which injectors?

Alright.. I am still thinking about the engine rebuild. I was looking through the Aug. 2002 of HotRod mag. and they have an 89 Bird doing 10's with the stock 350 block.

Anyway, I also saw a kit for $600 from powerhouse that has:
crank, pistons, rods, rings, bearings and gaskets for a 335 strocker. Now, if I were to do this, could I get some aftermarket heads? I would like the vortecs, but I heard I would have to mill them for a 305, but not for a 350. What about for a 335? I'm guessing I would but just not as much right? Anyway, besides asking what heads I could run with that.
I would also like to know which injectors would be needed? (to keep it TBI related, since you guys seem to know your stuff in this board)
I am presuming you will say to go with the 350 injectors because they will be easier to tune than the 305 ones.

Besides all that, what do you think of this idea? Would it be worth it or not? I am looking for some cheap power.

Also, what cam would be best suited for this setup? I was origionally going to use an LT1 in my 305, but if I go up to 335 stroker, would that be enough of a boost for it, or could I go a little bigger yet remain somewhat economical since it is a daily driver?

Also, what is the stock compression ratio? If anyone knows.

Thanks

Well, no one has said it yet, so I guess I'll be the first to tell ya what I'm assuming most will on this board. The strocker kit isn't worth it. By the time you get done with the work to block and buy the strocker kit, you will have spent more than if you simply bought a 350, which is capable of more power.
From what most people say, the only reason to stroke a 305 is to be "different". Keep in mind as well, that if you're really looking to build a stroker, the one for the 350 to 383 is cheaper, and the work done to the block will cost the same. THEN you won't need to mill the Vortecs either. I'm pretty sure you'd be happy with the results, much more so than going w/ the 305 strocker. I know all of us on this bourd would love to see how it turns out as well!!! Which ever route you take, best of luck and be sure to let us know how it turns out.

buy the stroker kit and use it on a 350 and make a 383
