Just Broke my Inlet Fuel Line to the Filter...

Yup, f-cking a I have not sweared this much since, well I never have swore this much. I went to change my fuel filter. Simple task, have done it before, when all of a sudden, TWWIIIIST and the line starts leaking....oh ****. I put the gas cap back on just now and I am gonna see if that keeps it from leaking. Any other ideas and how much do u think its gonna cost to fix it? Thanks

It's a low pressure line. I'd repair it with a section of hose slipped and clamped over the tubing.

I just scored a set of fuel lines from the filter to the tank for free.

So I could just cut out the rusted part of my fuel line (seriously not cool) and put a rubber hose in there and to think I never thought of that
thanks:lala:
