egr on rpm airgap vortec

Is there any way to add egr to the vortec rpm airgap to have it pass emissions in NC.

Well you could maybe run an external EGR setup or use a camshaft with a lot of LSA to make up for it.

edelbrock has EGR plates for ford style EGRs you might be able to get it to work. You you're up for some drilling and tapping I think you could do it yourself with some copper tubing. The air gap would have space to tap into the exaust crossover on the head, then maybe make that line go to the EGR valve, and then a tube from there to go into the intake. DON'T QUOTE ME! I've briefly thought about this, I'm not even sure if that's how EGR is routed.
