Does anyone have a picture of where the fuel filter is?

#2

Does anyone know how to adjust the idle on a 305 TBI?

Thanks

#1 The fuel filter will be on the drivers side, right before the rear tire. If you cant find it just follow the fuel lines under the car. If you still can't find it your to dumb to be changing the fuel filter at all

If you want to adjust the idle you can use the idle screw off the side of throttle bracket and it will move the blade open or close and if it’s a stock tbi unit you will want to make sure were the tps is set at because it is directly tied together. the best way to do it is just to set the tps at .54 at idle and if you want some other idle speed than that you either will have to raise or lower the suggested tps setting or get like Buck268 said and get a custom chip or a new tbi that will allow you to adjust them separately

Thanks all. Hey I am new to this vechicle and I go by the idea that the only dumb question is the one that is not asked.
I was not sure if the filter was in the line or on the motor. Hopefully this will fix it.
