increase stall speed... do you need to change the comp?

ok... my cousin and i found an S10 4cylnder converter that we'll be putting in his car, the transmission board hasnt loaded for me on both my computers for the past week or so lol my ghetto computers are acting up lately, so i wanted to know from the TBI board if you need to change anything in the computer when we increase the stall speed...

NJ SPeeder talked about the s10 converter before, said the stall would be around 2600-2800.. i think thats rite... rite? we'll probably custom burn a PROM chip if we need to... just wanted to know if the stall has anything to do with the prom. thanks

Stall speed is based on the size and the pitch of the fins on the Strator in the TC.

There really isnt a way that the chip can raise the stall speed. One thing that the chip can do is change the lock up speed.
