Ideal RPM @ idle

I was wondering what is a good RPM at idle for a TBI inline 6 250 cid?

stock LO3's and LO5's like to idle smooth around 550rpm. i woudl think between 500 and 650 would be good.

Transmission: Weaker

My car used to idle at about 1100-1500 rpms

after cap, rotor and coil, about 850-950

after ultimate TBI and a lot of cleaning about 700-750
