Installing Roller tip rockers?

Hey guys I saw some 1.6 Crane roller tip rockers and thought that they might be a decent upgrade for my engine. Do you guys think this would be worthwhile. Also, how hard of an install would these be and what kind of power could I expect to get from them? I have a 91 RS LO3. Thanks for any replies.

I once asked how much power from 1.6 rockers , about 10-15 hp

What mods do u currently have

1st) cat back exhaust
2nd)3.42 gears and slp zexel torsen diff
3rd)headers

Once u get all this done then worry about the rockers

Rockers arnt hard at all. Pull the valve covers off, unbolt the rockers, rebolt the rockers back on. Go till they're tight when the car's not running. When you turn it on, loosen them till they start to chatter (its very evident). Then SLOWLY turn them till they stop chattering and then go 3/4ths of a turn past that. Do one at a time.

It'll give you a little more lift but your heads really cant flow the extra air needed so rockers arnt the best mod for a stock headed LO3.

Alright, thanks a lot guys, that was exactly what I was looking for. I think I probably will do the 3.42's first then if the LO3 heads aren't going to show me too much of an improvement, but it's good to know that they are an option that may give me 10-15 hp. Thanks.
