Running Rich/Lean

hey guys, i keep hearing people saying there running lean, or either there running rich, what does it mean, and how to i find if i am, and how to fix it, thanks guys, cya

rich=too much fuel
lean=not enough fuel
You can usually tell by watching your exhaust, however winALDL is a much better method. I believe you can also check by checking the voltage coming from your O2 sensor (basically how aldl does I think)

rich too much fuel lean not enough. The o2 sensor regulates when the car should run lean and rich. Change the o2 sensor if u think ure cars not running right. Usualy when people do a lot of mods headers, exhaust, heads and stuff the car will run lean with all the added air and not enough fuel ect . This can be fixed by adjusting the fuel preasue or custom chips.
