305 to 355 swap still tbi
i have an 89 rs and i blew up the moter back in 2000 i had to wait 2 years but i finaly put another moter i had a brand new 355 put in it has everything stock but it has the l98 cam in it. but it runs like crap i mean it is realy slow and it is running rich cause the coolent temp sensor but i dont know if the guy who set up my car put the lo3 knock sensor in it or if he put one from a 350. what i need to know is what will i need to make the car run right and what are the part numbers? any help would be great

More cubes and a better engine = more air. Now you have to focus on more fuel!!! Get bigger injectors from a 350 TBI, a 350 knock sensor and ESC module. Then get $300 in equipment to start burning your own eproms and make a VERY solid running car. You should try hooking up winaldl to verifty that it's running rich. Double check stuff like valve lash, any leaks, that your map sensor is hooked up correctly, and that you fix your coolant temp sensor.

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT TO SET THE TIMING ON? I DONT HAVE THE STOCK HOOD ANY MORE AND NEED TO KNOW.
