Car seems slow lately....

I am not sure what it is but the car just seems slow to me. I haven't raced it at the track yet so I am not sure if its just me or my imagination. The last time I was at the track I was running 15.7's which is very bad since I have run 15.1's before and that was about 3 months ago. I thought maybe my fuel filter was just plugged (which it was) but it even feels slower now. Think my fuel pump is starting to go bad on me?

I gave it a full tune up, new plugs, fuel filter, did the K&N cleaning, my wires are still good and my fuel pressure is at 11psi and the plugs are a perfect tan. I know my valve seals are going bad cause at cold starts I get a small cloud of greyish smoke. The car has 119,000 miles on it. Think its old age is just showing? This is my mod list.

My car felt kinda sluggish for awhile and I pulled the distributor and it really wasn't turning freely like it should. I put it back in and got a spark plug module code thrown so I just replaced the whole distributor and it restored all the power I lost.

Check your smog stuff too; though it's not a L03, my friend recently had some issues with his 1994 Trans Am, and lo and behold when we replaced the EGR solenoid he seems to have made up some lost power.
