Tbi?

Do i have to replace anything else or do anything else to the car in sig if i replace the stock TBI unit with the Holley 670 cfm 2 Barrel TBI?

And what gains do you think i would get from his upgrade?

You don't have to replace anything for the 670 unit. Holley supplies a gasket that makes the bigger TBI adapt to the smaller intake manifold. I would get a carb intake and make you're own 4bbl to TBI adaptor plate.

I dont think you'd need a 670 until you have a bigger demand for air. Change heads/cam/intake then you'll need it

Just curious, but does the Holley TBI come with injectors?

Yeah it does come with injectors. The injectors they were installing on them awhile back were of terrible quality and they were planning on changing manufacturers. Don't know if they have done that yet. Might want to phone the tech line to see.

Holley did change the injectors. I purchased my 670 TBI about 8 months ago. It came with GM Delphi injectors. The only problem I have had with the 57pph injectors is that they are a little to much for my set up. My fuel pressure is as low as I can adjust it, and I still run rich. I think the 502-4 comes with 50pph injectors, which may have been a better choice. However, I think proper prom tuning should do the trick, so if I ever feel brave enough to start tuning my own proms, my problem will probably be fixed.
