Open element air cleaner question!

Which open element air cleaner should I buy and from where? I was thinking about spending around 40 bucks or less on one. Any suggestions? I have a 1992 RS, TBI. I know this has been asked before so please don’t tell me to use the search button.

I paid a little over $40 for my 14 X 3 Edelbrock Elite Series Air Cleaner from www.SummitRacing.com
Check out the other brands on their site, I'm sure there is a cheaper brand. Just make sure that you get the flat base.
If you have emmission laws in your state and a visual inspection is required, you will not pass the visual part due to the open element. You need to keep the stock air cleaner so you can swap when it's time for inspection.
