Will 1.6's work with a stock cam?

Will 1.6's work with a stock cam?
Well, since I have an oil leak at my valve covers and need to change the gaskets anyways, I might go ahead and throw on some 1.6 roller rockers while I'm in there, but I still have the stock cam.
So, the question is: Will there be any problems with this setup with either the cam, the valve covers (not tall enough) or my daily drivablity?
And the 2nd question: How hard is it to put these things on? Is it just a matter of unscrew and put new ones on?
