You need to have the pic in a file format like jpeg (.jpg) on your computer hard drive or disk drive. At the bottom of the "Post Reply" screen is an "Attach File:" option. You can type in the address on your computer if you know it or you can use the "Browse..." button to find it on your computer. I use the browse button.

 

and if the files too big open it up in paint and shrink the picture some then save as
