Replacing TB Bushing

I have looked in the Haynes manual on how to replace the throttle body bushing but I can't find it. The reason I think I need to replace the throttle body bushing is that the car is idling hard when you try to coast, and when you come to a stop the rpms surge then drop back down to a normal idle. We took the car to the dealership for an unrelated problem and they had noticed that the bushing was going bad, but they didn't fix it.

So does anyone know how to replace this on a 90 3.1 v6 RS

Seems like a lot of work. Maybe instead of tearing into the base and trying to replace the bushing, find a junkyard replacement. I even have a few extra bases in good condition. You are welcome to them. You can buy a new base without injectors for around $200, i think.
