Can someone pass on a link or two as to how to use WINaldl...

This cool hometown passed on a cable to me and am wondering what to do now.

Do I hook it up to the aldl connector and then open the WINaldl program. Start the engine and then roll around a bit for data???

I did a search but no can do man...

Any help greatly appreciated...
