ok , i installed edelbrock headers, Now my car backfires through the tbi, wtf caused this, how do i fix it ANY suggestions or ideas???????????

 

add some fuel pressure.
when you open up the exhuast it allows the burnt combustion charge to get out more freely, that charge suppresses knock and back fire in a stock motor. although findign a back fire from a set of headers is much more dramatic than the normal effect.
jsut bump up the fuel pressure a touch and everythign will be ok.

stpid question but, how do i do that??? shouldnt the ecm detect that or somthing?? help !! im freaking out over here....!!!! im worring i messed up my whole damn engine or somthing
