Stock Times L03 5 speed ??

I have a 91 RS with the lo3 and 5 speed, and i was wondering what my times should be at with an open element air cleaner on it? actually i would like to just know the area for with and with out it. I would like to know if maybe a 3,000 Launch with slipping the clutch some to prevent wheel spin, and if i shift good and dont screw up?

In good tune and a good driver, I'd say a high 15 is possible.

From an article on a magazine on a new Camaro RS LO3 305 TBI

Performance and Test Data
Acceleration, sec
0-30 mph 2.6
0-40 mph 4.0
0-50 mph 5.9
0-60 mph 7.9
0-70 mph 10.8
0-80 mph 13.9

Standing quarter mile, sec@mph 16.1@86.9
Braking, ft
30-0 mph 33
60-0 mph 143

Handling
Lateral acceleration, g 0.90
Speed through 600-ft slalom, mph 63.3

I dont know the metodology they used to get those performance numbers, how fat was the driver, or if the quarter was corrected.

I only know that from Stock & New ones the magazine numbers are pretty simmilar.

(The complete article is on the main site is a Camaro vs Mustang one)
