Clean 92 RS

I just bought my self a 92 RS yesterday. I had an 85 Z28 but now I'm gonna sell it. I have been reading the forums here for the past two days and learning what I bought as it's my first fuel injected car (TBI). It has a 305 TBI in it and all the other stock options. I've been reading about members who want to swap in a 327 c.i.d and TBI. I know that some say it's not worth it and others say do it, well I want to do this swap because I want something different and I have a 68 327 that I just had completely rebuilt. It is bored .030 and the crank is ground .010. It has new TRW Hypereutectic pistons, rods, seals, bearings, plugs, rings, lifters, gaskets, roller timing set, hi-perf oil pump and drive shaft. I had the Double hump heads rebuilt too, but now I'll need new heads as they have no accessory holes. I don't know what the cam is but I'll find out. The whole bottom end is done. I just need to do the top end. So can someone tell me exactly what steps I can take to TBI this engine, I want to know everything that I will need and all the steps involved.

Thanks

In stock form more or less my car was at border to breaking 15's...

check my sig to see what kocked it down almost a sec...

Most of the stuff I've done to my car you'll find doesn't really cost too much to do yourself...

teh best place to get started is in the tech articles. ultimate tbi mods, open element air cleaner, and diy afpr are a very good place to get started. add a little bit of base timing to get more off the line power.
exhaust is a good place to make gains. teh stock y-pipe is a POS(don't worry so muhc about the stock manifolds being a restriction. on a stock/,mild LO3 the y-pipe is teh biggest problem.) get your self a good 3inch cat back, anything will do as long as it is 3 inch mandrel bent tube. a cat eliminator pipe is also a nice place to make a gain if you can get away with it in yoru area.
don't get caught in the aftermarket chip thing, they are a waste of money, you can get a larger gain from teh cheap mods in the tech articles.
intakes are available, the edelbrock performer tbi is prolly the most popular one. holley also makes a bolt on and you can use a regular carb intake with an adaptor plate if you have the hood clearance for it.
one of the biggest bang for the buck gains you can make is with a posi and soem gears. tbi responds very well to 3.42 or 3.73 gears. i prefer 3.73 gears for a greater gain, some peopel don't liek teh 200-250 mroe rpm that you will cruise at on the highway over the 3.42's, the choice is yours.
