tbi smog delete...

hey i just put on my march aluminum pulleys and i deleted the bog pump... do anyone have anytips for elim9inating those hoses that go to it?

well, it depends on whether on not you plan on putting headers or not. ill try to keep these as concise as possible. if you want to remove the smog box, tubes, and air fitting you have to plug the manifolds. i did them on my friends formula. it actually made the engine compartment look much cleaner. if you have any further Qs ask.

what i meant avout headers is, if you plan on putting headers leave the smog box, and once you put headers you can just remove everything at once,,, and you know that l0s needs headers bad

yeah, you can just plug the ports in the manifolds with a pipe plug, then just rip everything out. there is also a port going into your converter which you will want to plug also.

if you want a pic of the plug, let me know. i may be able to dig one up.

but like 92 z28 said...if you plan on getting headers, just get the ones without the AIR tubes and you will be all set.

i did a search... i have been working on cars for a while... i just wanted some good inputs from people. and yes if some on has a pic i would love to see it.
