Since the stock TBI unit flows around 400cfm, any improvement will be felt. Stock unit has too much shrouding around those injectors to get good flow. The only thing I didn't do on mine was grind the throttle shaft. I just didn't feel comfortable grinding there.
its hard to say for me, because I just had a chip, ultimate mods and increase fuel pressure done at once. PM to 91bird305 because he had his done and he said it made a difference for him.

I was looking at the TBI unit today and it seems like there is a lot of extra material on it. I almost started grinding off all unncessary parts of it. I guess that's some weight reduction we can add to the post about that. hahha

I don't know what kind of difference it makes. I am glad someone is asking I was wondering myself. I have made too many mods at once to know. The last time my car seen the track was in 1990 when it was bone stock. It ran a 10.66 1/8th @67mph. Wonder what it will run now??????
