Rich and Lean Setting

My 87 T/A is running a little rich. How do I adjust this. It is eating too much fuel and blue smoke comes out of the back a little. How can I fix this? Q-Jet carb =

Axle/Gears: 9-bolt w/ 3.23's

its probably burning oil if you see blue smoke. As for the carb issue, take it over to the carbeurator bord. Theyll be much more helpful then most of us efi guys.
