Another EGR - TBI Spacer Question
I own a 1990 Formula. I just bought the Holley 300-66 intake and the 670cfm TBI. I know from reading other posts about the problem with the EGR not fitting. I have read a couple of posts suggesting buying a EGR from a '78 truck. Will the '78 truck part work just as well as the stock part? Also, will I still need a TBI spacer if I use the '78 EGR. I just bought the K&N 2" open element non-drop base set-up with 'X-Stream' lid. I don't think that I would have enough hood clearance with a spacer. I don't really want to have to buy another air cleaner already. If I do need a spacer, can anyone tell me which part to get and if it will work with my air cleaner. I've read about CFM. Any suggestions? Thank you for all your help.
