Would this fit a 305 tbi
Would these parts fit a 305 TBI 1989 firebird with out mod to the car just simple bolt on?

exactly, you need an LT1 cam from a 93-97 Camaro, or 92-96 Corvette. And yes, the rocker arms will work with your engine (centerbolt design)
