Are you looking for combustion chamber size like 72 to 74 cc's, valve sizes like 1.94in. and 1.50ex., as far as flow numbers I'd say there not very good but you could check out the head flow test here http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/te...598/index.html at the bottom of the page click on catagory 2 maybe you'll find what your looking for there.

It really depends on how much you have or want to spend, and how much work you can do yourself.

Well, I don't know the specs on the lo5 heads but I know they're swirl port heads just like the lo3 heads and flow terribly, so if you want to make some real power and have 1k bucks to spend on heads I'd say ditch the lo5's as quick as you can. I'm not to big into the performance heads and what's the best for your money but I'm sure other guys will chime in on that. I know that AFR heads are recognized as some of the best, you might want to look at some of them and I know that Pro Lightnings are kind of a hot head to get lately on the boards, might want to check them out too, just some ideas.

Here's a set of Vortecs ready to bolt on and add your 1.6/1 rockers to. http://www.paceparts.com/product.asp?0=0&1=0&3=55999

You should be able to do it for less than a grand depending on the rocker arms you select.
