I have the cop car chip form www.tbichips.com and it has increased base timing but i dont know how much. what should i have the timing set on my car. i dont know much about seting time or where it should be at my car

 

set it like u would normaly do. trial and error. see the differences with different settings.

Yes. Why is it people put Police/Cop in front of some stock parts and before you know it they are special high performance parts?? Todays Police cars have No real special High Performance Parts on there engines.

 

Start at 0 degrees and work your way up 2 degrees at a time, go drive it each time. Then when you get to the point where it starts to fall off and miss back it off 2 degrees. I would run 91 octane with that much timing too, it'll give ya alittle more timing to play with.
