Bad Fuel Pump

I think I have a bad fuel pump now. After doing all my motor mods and turning up the psi to 12-14psi I think it's done. Yesterday when I started it up to do some data logging it only ran at 8 psi and it through a Fuel pump relay failure error code in winaldl. I think I'm going to buy the Walbro 255 for 93 bucks and I've got 350 injectors on the way. So I think this will solve my problem, I may get a new pump relay too since that's part of the system.

It lunges and surges real bad from a stop when i go wot, it'll sit there choking for about 10 seconds before it picks up and takes off.
