tbi fuel pump pressure
Just curious about what the pressure is suppossed to be coming out of a 305 tbi fuel pump.

The fuel pump isn't what's regulating the pressure until you get past ~15psi. The regulator should be controlling the pressure but once you crank up the pressure the pump will have a fit.

So it's possible to bypass the stock inline filter with a rubber 50psi fuel hose? Reason I ask is because the stock fittings on the filter are frozen and the metal line starts to twist when trying to remove the fittings,so I can't change the filter. Since I switched over to carb a while back,I installed an aftermarket filter right before my carb,so I'd still have a filter on the fuel line after bypassing the stock filter. Just want to make sure the pump isn't putting out too much pressure for a temporary rubber line.
