Anyone ever do this? My buddy did it a while back when I was helping him.. He just set it to where it seemed to idle the best, and I remember him telling me to turn the AC on to see how it idled as well with the compressor engaged...


Is this a fairly safe way of doing it? I have a timing gun and the stuff to do it with, but the only thing is the marking on the timing plate on the engine are worn off, and I cant tell where the timing is...Anyone have a picture of one off their LO3?
