what flowmaster series is the best for
well im gonna put some hedmann headers on my 89 camaro 5.0 tbi,but i dont need a cat because florida ahs no emissions test so i was wondring if i should put each header going to its own muffler or should i just use one muffler and connect both headers into it whats better for more power and what series flowmaster will be the best for both?
40 series if you go true dual, if you go with a single intermidiate pipe get 80 series. True Duals gonna give ya more power go with 2.5" pipes if you go true dual, go with a single 3" intermidiate pipe, and dual 2.5" outlets if you go with the stock routing.

Not to start an argument, but is there a certain reason you want a Flowmaster?
Dynomax is $156.99 thru www.jegs.com with a $25 Rebate right now.
That will get it to your house for ~$150 after the rebate. That's less than half the cost of the Flowmaster kit.
But it's up to you.

I used to own a flowmaster 80 but when i got a free exhaust from dynomax for a problem i had i changed they also told me there flowed better. I now have a DynoMax UltraFlow stainless muffler. sounds better then the flowmaster after some burn in time. i like just my two cents
