LT1 cam, Edelbrock TBI intake, then some SR Torquer heads, assuming you want to be a good california citizen and stay smog legal.
Me personally will be using that cam and intake, but in a new L05 350. an Illegal swap, but should still be smog legal.

it should be, there is a guy that is running an L05 350 with a larger TBI, edelbrock tbi intake, comp cams roller cam that is similar to an LT1 cam, full exhaust and is passing for a 305 in CA. A cam swap is not all that bad, there is A TON of information on the boards, just do some research and im sure you would feel more confident.
