Aftermarket Intake

Are there any aftermarket intake manifolds or throttle bodies for the '92 305s? Ive seen some, but they all seem to be for trucks or bigger engines. Thanx

you can get them from anywhere, edlebrock makes good manifolds but there for carb's but all you need is the adapter plate for your TBI.

I'm getting teh edlebrock performer RPM

do a search there should be many hits for aftermarket intake manifolds

Edelbrock Performer TBI, it will say it is for trucks but it is for any 305-350 TBI. EDL-3704 is the part number at summit. Or you could get a carb intake and adaptor plate. Just do some research, also, do you have emissions testing where you live.

Nope no emissions testing. I live in the buttcrack of America.
So will the TBIs for the trucks make my car run like a truck or have any effects like that? Prolly build bottem end torque right?

personaly i wouldn't even mess around with a TBI manifold, they are expensive and not THAT much better than stock

the 4bbl intakes are much nicer, and then pick up and adaptor for it.

holley makes one, youc an get through most any parts vendor

and turbocity also makes one i beleive.

there are probably others.

but if you go that route you need to be mindfull of hood clearance, because with the adaptor you are basicly adding a 1" spacer, so if you get a tall manifold, it may not fit with the stock hood.
