IAC = 0 ... vacuum leak
In ALDL a while ago, I noticed that my IAC reading dropped to zero after a while. Does this absolutely mean that I have a vacuum leak (or could it be ~normal)? If so, is it indicative of a particularly *bad* leak, or would any leak be sufficient to keep the computer from wanting to open the IAC valve?

I found that most OEM stuff is setup up so that IAC at idle is very high (~40).
Have you turned the throttle stop screw in to open the butterflies up more? Opening the butterflies will make the IAC counts go down.
I'm in St.Louis...pm me we should meet up...
