Idea for 4bbl TBI
Part of this idea is from reading JPrevost's air research from recent posts. Ok so I've seen the 4bbl tbi ideas being thrown back and forth but the main drawback being dividing the injector signal up into four injectors. I've seen that one ecm cant run 4 injectors because they divide the signal between them. Without getting to much into the whole ecm deal, which most parts I don't understand. The other idea i've seen is running a second ecm for the 2 extra injectors. That doesn't seem to be very feasable either.
So what if a two tbi units were fabed together with only 1 injector pod meaning only 2 injectors like normal, but having 4 throttle bores. This I'm guessing would make a lean situation from the extra bores. So if the prom was programed to have a richer duty cycle to compensate for the extra air. Again, I'm not real in depth in the whole proms situation so bare with me on that, but I am mechanically inclined and automotivly inclined.
Then there would be a couple variations that might work or not work I'm not sure this is where input would be good. The extra air coming in the back two throttle bores not being mix with fuel might be a problem, so maybe one injector in the driver side front bore and one injector in the passenger side rear bore would equal this air/fuel mixture out??? Or would the normal two injectors in the front and none in the back work well???
Hit me with some constructive thinking

and also, i know it is not the DIY way of doing things, but a holley C950 is not THAT bad on the price side.
