I am in the process of swaping my 305 for a 350. I would like to keep the TBI for smog inspection.

A. Will the TBI from the 305 fit onto the intake of the 350

B. Or will I have to buy a new/used intake built for the 350

C. Will I need to use the intake off of the 305 and if so how is performance effected.

Your old intake and throttle body will work fine. However your injectors should be replaced as the 305 has smaller injectors. You may be able to raise the fuel preasure to make the 305 injectors work but I have never tried. It would be a good idea to get a 350 chip for the truck though.
